Strategies for leading a successful charity finance function
The Charity Financials Leaders’ Forum provided fresh new approaches to managing the charity finance function. The day enabled attendees to benchmark their charity and provided practical advice to help ensure that their finance teams are forward-looking and fit for purpose. It also helped attendees recognise and understand the challenges and opportunities faced by finance leaders in the current uncertain economic climate.
The programme offered insight from high-profile charity FDs on modern finance structures, how to run charities like businesses, the latest changes to Charities SORP and much more. There were ample opportunities to network with peers and share insights.
